On the basis of the order of the Ministry of Health No. 87 dated May 24, 2022, starting from May 25, a group of specialists from among the staff of the RIMYUPKIATM Research Institute of Virology for in-depth medical examination of the population was created in the Central Hospital, family doctor's offices and family polyclinics of the Yukori Chirchik district.

In order to further improve the level of knowledge and practical skills of specialists working in regional medical and preventive institutions on early diagnosis of infectious diseases and modern methods of treatment, the center staff conducted seminars, trainings and master classes on topics of interest to doctors, and gave methodological and practical recommendations.
In the department of Infectious Diseases of the Central Medical Association of Yukori Chirchik district, patients undergoing treatment and patients in the dispensary of the district multidisciplinary polyclinic were examined, round tables were held and consultations were given on the treatment and prevention of infectious diseases, as well as compliance with a healthy lifestyle.
38 patients who should be treated in specialized scientific and practical medical centers of the Republic were diagnosed in the regions and hospitalized in a district hospital for treatment at the expense of the state budget of the preferential category.
In order to eliminate viral hepatitis in Yukori Chirchik district, 2500 rapid tests were provided for screening and detection of Hepatitis C and hepatitis B. Tablets were also provided for registration.
ON JUNE 5-10, 2022, MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS OF THE POPULATION WERE CONDUCTED IN THE BUKHARA REGION IN GIJDUVAN AND VОBKENT DISTRICTS

SEMINARS ON ACUTE RESPIRATORY VIRAL INFECTIONS AND COVID-19 WERE CONDUCTED IN THE REPUBLIC OF KARAKALPAKSTAN ON 18-20.10.2022
In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 4 from 8.01.2022 "About sending of leading specialists of National specialized scientific-practical medical centers for rendering practical and methodical assistance in regions" and order of director of Republican specialized scientific-practical medical center of epidemiology, microbiology, infectious and parasitic diseases for № 39-X from 30.094.2022, I Rakhimov Ravshan Abdullaevich from October 18 to October 20, 2022 was on business trip in Nukus city of Karakalpakstan.
During the business trip were conducted 3 seminars in the Republican infectious diseases hospital and Clinical multi-profile hospital №1 of Nukus and the Service of sanitary-epidemiological well-being and public health of the Republic of Karakalpakstan with doctors of practical health on topical questions of etiology, epidemiology, clinic, diagnostics, etiotropic therapy, prevention, epidemiological surveillance of flu, other acute respiratory viral infections and COVID-19. A total of 108 medical professionals attended the seminars.

On the basis of the letter of instruction No. 24-01203 of August 13, 2022, dated August 13, 2022 No. 542 of the Sanitary Epidemiology Welfare and Public Health Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 17, 2018 No. 542 "On further improvement of measures for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of viral hepatitis in the Republic of Uzbekistan in Jizzakh region together Sanitary-Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health Service conducted training seminar in the region.
The seminar was held on viral hepatitis A, B, C, D, E. The report was read by I.B. Rajabov, an independent fellow of the Research Institute of Virology of the Republican Center for Specialized Epidemiology, Microbiology, Infectious and Parasitic Diseases.
In addition, the leading specialist of the Republican service of sanitary-epidemiological well-being and public health K. Khalikov heard the reports on the topic "Epidemiological survey of tuberculosis, record keeping, registration of sick foci. "Comparative calculation work with infectious patients, ensuring reliability of reports", "Classification and epidemiology of tuberculosis".
The seminars were attended by staff of Sanitary -Epidemiological and Welfare and Public Health in Jizzak region, family doctors from polyclinics, infectious disease specialists, epidemiologists, phthisiatricians and others. According to the order of Tashkent City Health Department №01/6042 from September 19, 2023 in order to further improve the system of fighting against the spread of influenza and other acute respiratory infections among the population of Tashkent, strengthening measures to protect the health of the population, September 26, 2023 in the technical school of public health Republican Clinical Hospital № 2 named after Abu Ali ibn Sino, located in Shaykhantakhur district, an employee of Research Institute of Virology, dr. Dr. Rahimov Ravshan Abdullaevich Rakhimov delivered a lecture on "Epidemiology of influenza and other acute respiratory infections, measles, pertussis, clinic, differential diagnosis, laboratory tests, treatment, preventive and anti-epidemic measures".
This seminar was attended by chief infectious disease specialist, pediatrician, immunologist, gynecologists, deputy heads of district medical associations, deputy heads of family polyclinics, infectious disease doctors, epidemiologists, doctors dealing with airborne infectious diseases, as well as sanitary-epidemiological world and health care of Tashkent City Department, and specialists of district departments.
