Check yourself for cervical cancer for free!
Currently, diseases caused by viruses are one of the most pressing problems in the field of human health.
According to the World Health Organization, every year more than 604 thousand women worldwide are diagnosed with cervical cancer for the first time, of which 342 thousand die as a result of this disease.
As in the rest of the world, cervical cancer in Uzbekistan is the leading and most common cancer among women of all ages after breast cancer. In terms of mortality from diseases, cervical cancer ranks third among women of all ages after breast cancer and stomach cancer, and among women of childbearing age (15-44 years), it ranks second in mortality from cervical cancer.
Cervical cancer is the only type of cancer that can be prevented. The main (98-99 percent) causes of the disease are the human papillomavirus (OPV). There are cases when cancer was detected shortly before the disease.
If the disease is detected at an early stage, the time required for treatment will be sufficient. As a result of early diagnosis and treatment of the human papillomavirus, the incidence and mortality from cervical cancer decreases.
Only through regular examinations, early diagnosis and treatment can the disease be overcome.
