The Global Virus Network (GVN), representing 52 Centers of Excellence and 9 branches in 32 countries, including leading experts in each class of viruses causing disease in humans and animals, announced today the addition of the Research Institute of Virology of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan The announcement was made by Christian Bresho, MD, PhD, President of GVN and Robert Gallo, MD, co-founder and Chairman of the International Council for Scientific Leadership of GVN.
